Jamie has over two decades of experience in brand development, activations and project management. This encompasses a diverse range of talents – including new business, client relationships and strategy.
As a successful business owner, much of Jamie’s focus has been in the drinks industry. Clients include craft-led independents and global groups like Ian Macleod Distillers and Moet Hennessy. He’s also a partner behind Edinburgh Cocktail Week events and activations, as well as a regular Business Judge on the Scottish Gin Awards.
Tom Richardson,
Film & Content Director
Tom is an acclaimed factual television director who has produced hundreds of hours of television for the BBC, ITV, C4, Five, NBC, Discovery and Sky, including NBC's The Today Show and the BBC's Great British Railway Journeys.
Previously a brand manager for a New York multimedia agency, Tom is now the founder of his own digital production company, with clients including the NHS, Renault and British Red Lion Eggs. He's also a creative consultant for brands and production companies, working across online and AFP campaigns.

Creative Director
An experienced integrated Creative Director, Mike has over 20 years in creative communications under his belt. After cutting his teeth as a Copywriter, he was a Group Creative Head before moving into the world of freelance and consultancy.
As well as coming up with powerful ideas that engage across all mediums, Mike has an in-depth understanding of strategy, design, plus film and digital production. He’s also a TV commercials director and creative mentor. Clients include global financial companies, the public sector and everything from charities to luxury brands.
